The one head PRIMA jogger model PM1 is a fully automatic machine, which, after selecting the strapping program
(0 or 1), is activated and does not require the intervention of any operator.
It was manufactured to square and strap cardboard corrugated box packages.
It associates with a lasting mechanical structure the most up-to-date control and safety technologies in its area.
It is reliable over time and integrates the simplicity of its use with limited maintenance, which are highlights of the
industrial machines we manufacture.
The machine uses inverters to adjust the speed of the different functions, it is composed of a motorized roller
conveyor with variable speed, which carries the package inside and by a variable stroke pusher that makes it
move forward, it is pressed by the upper top guide and squared by 2 independent lateral joggers.
The package goes into a strapping group with a needle arm and an extremely tested and reliable strapping head
then it goes out through a free roller conveyor, pushed by the following package.
Wheels on rails allow manual lateral movement of the whole machine.
The electric and the pneumatic panel on the machine, the controls on the 7" colour touch screen, the
programmable PLC, complete the machine management and the indication of any anomalies.
The lateral guarding integrated into the frame delimit the danger zone.
A complete Periodic Maintenance Program and Tele-assistance (optional) guarantee the continuous functioning of
the strapping machine over time, minimizing any anomalies and providing ready resolutions in addition to the
traditional operation of the Emmepi Technical Service.
The machine is manufactured in three widths, to be better adapted to the specifications requested by the
customer.
