Teleassistance
It is a device that can be installed inside the electrical panel and that allows you to be connected to the machine to an internet line, reachable by an Emmepi technician who is in the office or in any case far from the customer.
This device allows the Teleassistance and the technician to "see" remotely how the machine works, malfunctions, operating alarms and faults, allowing you to be provided with relevant information to your technical staff.
It can also make changes or updates on the program and manually simulate all the movements of the machine to easily identify the possibly defective part.
A brief service visit is required to install the device or it can be done during a maintenance visit.
Internet is needed. It is advisable to have a cabled line.
